OwnerLand Realty's corporate office is located on the main floor of building 230 in the CMC Office Center on Northland Blvd (map) in the Tri-County area city of Cincinnati state of Ohio. 

Ownerland Realty also has branch offices in Dayton-OH, Columbus-OH, Cleveland-OH, Toledo-OH, Northern KY and Orlando-FL.

The Cincinnati office provides agent service centers and  a roomy conference room equipped with wireless connection and flat-screen monitor for agent use.  Agents may use the office facilities at any time.  The conference room is on an availability basis and may be reserved by agents as necessary. 

OwnerLand Realty's association with CMC allows our agents access the use of all the area CMC Office Centers' conference rooms in Greater Cincinnati.  Some are free for use with a reservation, some required a modest fee; A very handy resource when meeting clients and network partners in different parts of town!

Since each agent is equipped with a virtual office suite, the need to come into the office every day is unnecessary.  OwnerLand recognizes that keeping the office overhead to a minimum results in more money in each agents wallets.  The money saved is paid back to the agent allows the lowest possible broker fee to be charged against an agent's commission.
