Prior to getting a real estate license, you must first take the required real estate courses through a state approved education center.  The most recognized real estate school, Hondros College, has been the starting ground for many of the Greater Cincinnati Agents.  Another college to consider, Cincinnati Tech.

After taking all the required classes, you must choose the real estate company to become your sponsor.  You will then mail the completed sponsor form, along with a payment of $45, to the Ohio Division of Real Estate.
